Connect your AI agent

FlowAI works with agents that support MCP. You sign in to FlowAI, click Allow, and your agent can manage your automations, contacts and Video Studio projects. You can remove its access any time on the API Keys page.

ChatGPT

Needs a ChatGPT plan that lets you add your own apps. Menu names change in ChatGPT, so look for the closest match, and use the Feedback button in FlowAI if anything doesn't work.

  1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Plugins.
  2. Click Browse directory (top right).
  3. Click Add (top right), then scroll down and choose Create MCP app.
  4. Give it a name (for example "FlowAI") and paste the server address above. Set Authentication to OAuth.
  5. Tick the box to confirm you trust the server, then continue. ChatGPT will send you to FlowAI.
  6. Sign in to FlowAI if asked, then click Allow. You'll be sent back to ChatGPT.
  7. Start a chat and ask: "List my FlowAI connections." If you see your accounts, it's working.

What your agent can do: see your connected accounts, create and manage comment-to-DM automations, check real counts of what ran or failed, look up contacts and change their stage, and read and edit Video Studio projects. It never sees your Instagram or Facebook login.
