Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of any data FlowAI holds about you — whether you're a business using the product or someone who commented on or messaged a connected Instagram/Facebook account.

If you removed FlowAI from your Facebook or Instagram settings

Meta automatically notifies us when you remove FlowAI's access from your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations. We process that notification automatically and delete the data tied to that request within 30 days, then provide Meta a confirmation code, per Meta's Data Deletion Callback requirements.

Request deletion directly

Email businessaiwitho@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and either the email on your FlowAI account, or the Instagram/Facebook handle you commented or messaged from. We'll confirm your identity and delete the associated data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and workspace data, if you're a FlowAI customer.
• Contact records, conversation history, and messages tied to the Instagram/Facebook identity you specify.
• Any connected-account access tokens, immediately upon disconnecting or account deletion.

Some records may be retained briefly in backups or as required by law before permanent removal, and audit logs of the deletion request itself are kept for compliance purposes.
