Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of FlowAI. By creating an account or connecting a social account, you agree to them.

The service

FlowAI lets you automate replies to comments and messages on Instagram and Facebook accounts you connect through Meta's official OAuth and APIs, and to manage the resulting conversations and contacts.

Acceptable use

• You must own or be authorized to manage any Instagram/Facebook account you connect.
• You may not use automations to spam, harass, mislead, or contact people outside what the connected platform's rules and your granted permissions allow.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass Meta's platform restrictions through this service — every action goes through the official API.
• You're responsible for the content your automations send and for the accuracy of your knowledge base.

Platform compliance

Your use of connected platforms remains subject to Meta's own terms and policies. We may pause or disable an automation or connection if the platform revokes a permission, suspends your account, or if we reasonably believe a workflow violates platform rules.

Plans, billing and free trial

FlowAI is a paid service. You need an active free trial or paid plan to use it. Paid plans renew automatically, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

New workspaces can try any plan free for 3 days. You add a card to start the trial, and it isn't charged during the trial. When the trial ends, your card is charged for the plan you chose unless you cancelled before it ended. Each workspace gets one free trial. During the trial, some features are limited: you get 1 video export (cuts and dead-space cleanup only), and templates, overlays and person cutout unlock after your first payment.

Each plan has limits, such as connected accounts, active contacts and video exports per month, shown on the plans page. Where a plan says "unlimited" (connected accounts on Pro), that means no fixed limit, subject to fair use and to the limits Instagram and Facebook set themselves. We may stop or pause actions that go past your plan's limits, and you can upgrade at any time.

Cancelling, changes and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active until the end of the trial or of the period you've already paid for. If you cancel before your free trial ends, you won't be charged.

All payments are non-refundable. Because FlowAI is a digital service that starts working as soon as you use it, we don't give refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or unused features, including after a renewal. This doesn't limit any rights you have under the law where you live that can't be waived. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us at the address below and we'll look into it.

Upgrading takes effect right away and is charged the prorated difference (upgrading during the trial ends the trial and starts paid billing). Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at your next renewal. We may change our prices; if we do, we'll tell you in advance and the new price applies from your next renewal. Automations only run while you have an active trial or plan; if your plan ends or a payment fails, we may pause them until it's resolved.

Termination

You may stop using FlowAI and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the connected platform's policies.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We aren't liable for actions taken by connected platforms (such as Meta) on your account, including permission changes, rate limits, or account restrictions outside our control.
