How to connect your Instagram or Facebook Page to FlowAI

Step by step: connect an Instagram Business or Creator account, or a Facebook Page, to FlowAI for comment and DM automation. You log in on Meta's own page and FlowAI never sees your password.

Before you start

  • Instagram: it must be a Business or Creator account (not a personal one).
  • Facebook: you must be an admin of the Page.

Steps

    Open Social Connections

    In the left menu, click Social Connections.

    Click Connect

    Click Connect Instagram, or Connect Facebook for a Page. Meta's own sign-in page opens. FlowAI never sees your password.

  3. 3

    Approve the permissions

    Sign in on Meta's page and approve what it asks for. For Facebook, choose the Page (or Pages) you want to use.

    Come back to FlowAI

    You're sent back automatically. The card now shows the account as connected.

Tips and if something goes wrong

  • Connect each Page in only one workspace. If the same Page is connected in two places, FlowAI can't tell which one a comment belongs to, and nothing will run.
  • If a card says it needs reconnecting, click Reconnect now. It usually means the Meta login expired or permissions changed.
  • Posts or videos not showing up later? Check that the Instagram account is Business or Creator.
