Steps

Open the Inbox
In the left menu, click Inbox. Your Instagram and Facebook conversations appear in one list. Use the buttons at the top (All, Instagram, Facebook, Unread, or a single account) to narrow it down.

Read and reply
Click a conversation to read it. You can reply by hand there. The reply box works for 24 hours after the person's last message. After that it's switched off, which is Meta's rule for every app.

Open Contacts
In the left menu, click Contacts. People who gave you their email or phone through a "Collect their contact details" automation are listed here. Search by name, email or phone.

Move people through your pipeline
Each contact has a stage: New, Contacted, Qualified, Booked, Won or Lost. Change it as you follow up, and add notes about what they asked.

See what they agreed to
Open a contact and click Consent record to see exactly what message they were shown and what they replied.

Contacts appear only when someone shares details through an automation set up to collect them (see "Your first comment → DM automation", the Extras step).
The consent record is your proof of what they were told when they gave you their details.
